|Recommended: YesWelcome Home — Wow This place is amazing My move was convenient and easy with the large freight elevator and loading dock. I have a beautiful view of The Keeper, downtown skyline and Exploration Place from my apartment which is the envy of my friends. The attention to details throughout is obvious- stainless steel appliances, premium gym equipment, outdoor kitchen, and an amazing lounge area to entertain friends and colleagues. I’m looking forward to the grand opening on the outside spaces in July 2021. The leasing and maintenance staff are attentive and professional. This is truly luxury living in Wichita

|Recommended: YesGreat looking new apartments with wonderful apartment staff — The units look amazing and have high end appliances and construction. Not all the amenities are done yet but the gym is great, better equipment than most actual gyms. The office staff is also very friendly and very helpful they respond to emails very fast.

|Recommended: YesUpdated, clean but still working on finishing the building — The first day of move in was a little crazy and everyone worked together to get things moved in properly. We are still waiting on maintenance to finish up minor things in our apartment. We are overall pleased with the apartment. We are just really excited for construction to be finished and everything be up and running We are looking forward to the future of this apartment.

|Recommended: YesPerfect Class A Community — 225 SYCAMORE is awesome. It's brand new 2021 and full of thoughtful amenities. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Construction crews are hard at work finishing it up. When completed, it'll be a Gem. Delano is the place to be.

The amenities are a notch above any other apartment in Wichita, especially the gym...WOW. They've built this facility in a premier location for people to truly experience the best of what Wichita has to offer. The staff is extremely helpful, and genuinely care about your experience during your residency here. Any questions, or opinions you may have, they listen and do their very best to see them through. I sincerely recommend 225 Sycamore Apartments to anyone that is looking for an apartment in Wichita. It really is the best place in town
